Nature of Services
Our services are consulting-based and do not involve the sale of physical products or digital goods. All services are customized to client needs and begin immediately upon agreement.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for completed consulting work. However, refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as agreed
- Material breach of contract by ROYALTRADE
- Unforeseen circumstances preventing service completion
Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the service completion date. Refund requests must be made in writing and include specific details about the reason for the request.
Partial Refunds
In cases where partial services were delivered, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the uncompleted portion of the work, at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Completed consulting hours
- Delivered reports or deliverables
- Software licenses or third-party tools purchased
- Travel or accommodation expenses
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with our general Terms of Service. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns.
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
